Aparna Dalakoti

The story of Aparna’s transformation from a chartered accountant to a wellness coach is truly intriguing. It all began seven years ago when she made a New Year’s resolution to try something new, and that decision led her to the path of yoga. Within just one month of practicing yoga, Aparna knew that she had found her calling and there was no turning back. Her dedication to the practice led her to seek training under various Gurus in different locations, ultimately leading to a significant shift in her career from the corporate world to the realm of health and wellness.

In 2020, Aparna made a deliberate choice to fully embrace health and wellness as her career path. She quit her cushy job as an Automation consultant with one of the Big 4s and decided to pivot. Returning to her roots in the mountains, she spent a whole year immersing herself in a variety of experiences, diligently learning new skills and acquiring certifications from different trainers. From engaging in activities such as trekking, camping, and trail running to mastering the art of clean cooking, kundalini reiki, yoga and mindfulness, Aparna’s year-long retreat in the mountains served as a profound period of self-discovery and growth. Her own lifestyle saw a complete shift. With various certifications under her belt and a wealth of knowledge and experiences gained from her time in the Himalayas, Aparna embarked on the journey of establishing her own venture in the field of health and wellness.

Aparna is RYT 500 in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, an avid practitioner of Vipassana meditation and Bhakti Yoga. She is also L2 certified in Kundalini Reiki healing. Her story exemplifies the power of determination, passion, and the pursuit of personal fulfillment, serving as a source of motivation for those seeking to carve their own unique path in life. When not pursuing her passion, Aparna can be found on a hiking trail with a backpack or in her backyard gardening. Organic farming has her heart and currently she is working towards creating a 100% sustainable vegetable and fruits garden.
