What is a Masterclass?

A master class is a workshop style session, fun, engaging and usually lasting anywhere between 45 – 90 mins. Unlike regular classes, master classes dive deeper into a specific aspect of wellness—such as stress relief, advanced yoga techniques, posture correction, chronic pain relief and others — offering participants a more immersive and transformative experience.



Are these offline or online? What is the duration of a master class?

We offer both mediums – offline and online. The inclusions in both are detailed out in specific master class pages.



Will I see results and benefits instantly?

Yes! This is the beauty of our master classes – You see results instantly and almost immediately.



How often can I take a master class?

As often as you want. Master classes are led by your intention, will and your own availability. There is no minimum or maximum number of sessions that one needs to commit to. It’s wellness – as you want and when you want.
