If you are new to YogTaara and unsure about how to move forward, yet you want to make physical fitness and mental wellness a part of your life, begin with taking a complementary class with us. This comes with a free assessment, consultation and guiding you towards what could be a good starting point for you. People often want to begin, but they aren’t sure how, when and where. Here’s your starting point.

Yoga

The word Yoga literally translates to Union. Here we consider both physical and mental benefits that yoga brings to our life. Our guided yoga programs are a great way to get to know styles. Meditation

We offer a plethora of guided meditations. In January 2024, we organised an International Meditation Program – Sadhana 2024. 31 days, 31 different kinds of meditation techniques. This helped many identify heir preferred meditation technique. From visualisation to chanting, to contemplation to breathwork, we explored something new everyday. Our courses are a gentle introduction into the meditation with helping you elevate little by little with time. Breath work and Pranayama

Breath work really is the base of Pranayama. Breath is our live force. To know how to breathe properly and the correct way of breathing is the first step towards Pranayama and the first step towards reaching our full potential. Almost the entire day, we unconsciously do chest breathing. How outside situations alter our breathing I.e. nervousness, anxiety, fear make our breath short and shallow; similarly our breathing pattern also alters our inner state of being. Truly said. We are a reflection of how we breathe.

Starting with basics of breathing, our courses help you improve your lungs health and make the respiratory process more efficient.

Lifestyle change and stress management

Most often than not, we want to make a change; we know something is missing. The ‘knowing’ is there but the ‘doing’ is missing! We have something for everyone.
